Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking you may do so up to 48hours before or alternatively reschedule to another available session. Cancellation between 48 - 24hrs ahead of your booked session will incur a 50% cancellation fee and 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs within 24hrs of your session time unless your session is filled by another paying participant. In the event that the practitioner is unable to make it, an alternative session will be scheduled at the earliest convenience. If you are unable to attend the alternative date you can request a refund. You may transfer your booking to another person but please notify us of the new participants details.
